Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour or rental date: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the tour: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the tour: no refund

2.

Reservation Changes

  • Reservation date changes can be requested more than 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
  • If the new date has a higher price, the price difference will be charged to the customer.

3.

Extra Services

Additional services (such as catering, musicians, decoration) are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms.

4.

Force Majeure

In case of extraordinary situations (severe weather conditions, technical malfunctions, etc.), the reservation can be postponed free of charge or fully refunded at the customer’s request.

5.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original payment (credit card, bank transfer, EFT).
  • Refunds are completed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • The reservation holder and the payment owner must be the same person or the same company in corporate reservations.

6.

Bank Delays & Payment Providers

Bosphorus Day is not responsible for delays or issues caused by banks or payment service providers.
